Amazon E-Gift Voucher:
1. Amazon Gift Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible products on www.amazon.in. Purchases are deducted from the redeemer's Gift Card balance. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemer's Amazon.in account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer's Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with by credit card, net banking or debit card. No fees or charges apply to Gift Cards.
2. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Unused Gift Card balances associated with an Amazon.in account cannot be transferred to another Amazon.in account. No interest will be payable by Amazon on any Gift Card or Gift Card balance.
3. Amazon.in or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission. Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") will have the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on www.amazon.in.
4. The Amazon.in Conditions of Use apply to Gift Cards. Amazon.in reserves the right to change these Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
5. The Amazon Gift Voucher is Redeemable across all products on Amazon except apps, certain global store products and other Amazon.in gift cards.
6. Gift Vouchers once sold are non-refundable, whether you use it or not.
7. This gift card cannot be treated as a cash equivalent under any circumstances or interpretation and shall under no circumstances can be exchanged for cash.
8. Validity of gift vouchers cannot be extended, new EGVs cannot be provided against the expired/unused vouchers.
9. Once Amazon code is applied on Amazon India website or app, it will be valid for 6 months for utilization.
10. This gift card is not valid at any of Amazon.in alliance partner website/app or any retail outlets /stores
11. All disputes arising out of or in connection to this scheme are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.
12. EGVs are a Prepaid Instrument subjected to regulations by Reserve Bank of India. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and its GV issuing partners will be legally required to share the details of the purchase of the EGVs and transaction undertaken using the EGV. The issuer is also required to share the Know Your Customer (“KYC”) details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the EGV with RBI or such statutory authorities, as per statutory guidelines issued from time to time. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and its GV issuing partners may contact the purchaser of the EGV in this regard.

Flipkart E-Gift Voucher:
1. Flipkart Gift Card redemptions per month have been capped at Rs. 1,50,000 per account.
2. Gift Cards can be purchased on www.flipkart.com or Flipkart Mobile App using the following payment modes only - Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and UPI.
3. Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card. The Gift Card payment option is available for single orders with multiple sellers.
4. Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Flipkart Gift Cards
5. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Flipkart Gift Cards, other SCLP Gift Cards and Flipkart First subscriptions.
6. Gift Cards cannot be used to make bulk purchases on the Platform.
7. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/UPI. The Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount.
8. If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
9. Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
10. The cardholder may request for revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
11. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
12. You can only purchase 100 Gift Cards in a 30-day period and the aggregate value of the Gift Cards purchased cannot be more than Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lac only) in a month. Purchases exceeding these limits shall be cancelled automatically.
13. There is no fee or other charges associated with Gift Card purchase.
14. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold.

Pantaloons E-Gift Voucher:
1. This Electronic Gift Card (e-GC) is redeemable at all Pantaloons outlets across India. For list of Stores visit http://pantaloons.com/store/store-locator.
2. This e-GC is not valid at shop-in-shops and on Jewellery.
3. This E-Gift card is redeemable only once and only by the bearer. This E-Gift card needs to be used in full.
4. This E-Gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation.
5. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of e-Gift Card, the difference shall be paid by the bearer. No refunds / credit note shall be issued for unused part of the E-Gift card.
6. Protect the E-Gift card number and PIN to avoid misuse. Pantaloons shall not assume any liability in case the e-GC PIN gets stolen/compromised, Pantaloons shall neither replace the e-GC nor refund cash.
7. Once the E-Gift card is issued, Pantaloons will not entertain any request for cancellation.
8. Any exchange by the bearer will be considered a valid discharge of Pantaloons' liability.
9. Pantaloons reserves the right to alter any / all the terms and conditions of this E-Gift card any time without prior notice.
10. This e-GC has been issued subject to the terms of the Company. Litigation, if any, is subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.

Titan E-Gift Voucher:
1. This e-Gift card is valid on all products, at the participating Tanishq Showrooms in India. For list of stores visit - https://stores.tanishq.co.in/
2. The e-Gift card is activated once issued.
3. This Voucher is only entitled to a credit to the extent of the face value of the voucher.
4. This e-Gift card is allowed for one-time redemption only and if the Gift card is not utilized to the full value on one bill then any unused balance on the e-Gift card will not be refunded or credited and cannot be carried forward for future use.
5. The GVs are valid for a maximum of 6 months from the date of issuance by Titan.
6. Maximum of 3 vouchers can be clubbed in a single transaction.
7. This e-Gift Card is non-encashable
8. No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Voucher.
9. Voucher can be combined with other ongoing offers at Tanishq stores.
10. Gift card over the value of 10K cannot be redeemed on the Tanishq website.
11. This e-Gift Card is non-encashable
12. Customers are required to bring along Photo ID proof (with address) for redeeming the Gift Voucher. Below mentioned ID proofs will be Valid –

Shoppers Stop E-Gift Voucher:
1) E Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 1 year from its date of issue.
2) Only a credit note shall be issued for part utilization of the E Gift voucher.
3) E Gift voucher is redeemable for merchandise at Shoppers Stop, Shoppers Stop Airport Stores & HomeStop within India. This Gift Voucher is redeemable during End of Season Sale.
4) E Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift voucher/Gift card.
5) Purchase of Mobiles, Mobile Phone Accessories, Cameras, mp3 players, laptops, 22K & 24K Gold Jewelry & Gold Coins of any Jewellery brand is not allowed through this E Gift Voucher. If the invoice value is greater than the Gift Voucher value customer can pay the balance amount through Cash, Debit Card, and Credit Card as the case may be.
6) This E Gift Voucher can be redeemed on the Shoppers Stop website.
Shoppers Stop Limited shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this E Gift Voucher.
7) The holder of this E Gift Voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the E Gift Voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.
8) No duplicate E Gift Voucher will be issued. E Gift Voucher is property of Shoppers Stop Limited to whom it should be returned on request.

1. The Gift card is valid for purchases made from MakeMyTrip only and is valid for a period of 12 Months from the date of Purchase.

3. For Flights, Hotels & Holidays: Can be redeemed online at www.makemytrip.com or on MakeMyTrip Android & IOS app. Please follow the steps listed below:
a. Select your Flight/ Hotel and fill required details till you reach the payment page.
b. On Website, click on "More options" and Select "Gift Card" as your Payment Mode. On Android and IOS app, choose Gift Card as the payment option
c. Enter your Gift Card/ Card No. (16 Digit) and 6 Digit Pin No.
d. Click on "Make Payment" and Pay the Balance amount (if any) using other Payment Modes Listed.
4. Flights & Hotels are not redeemable offline.

10. In case of transaction failures after Gift Card is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 24 hours.
11. This Gift card/voucher cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by Makemytrip.com on app or website.
12. This Gift card is valid for partial redemption. Balance would remain in the Gift Card till the validity period and can be reused for multiple transactions.
13. Multiple Gift Cards (up to 3) can be combined and used in 1 booking.
14. Products and services are subject to availability.
15. The Gift card cannot be cancelled or exchanged for cash.
16. The Gift card validity cannot be extended under any circumstances.
17. Gift Card code/Physical copy or both to be provided at the time of booking along with an ID proof for the offline redemption.
18. MakeMyTrip is not responsible if the Gift card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
19. In case of cancellation of bookings made using the gift card within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the same card as used at the time of booking.
20. Users are required to save the gift card number and PIN to utilize this refunded amount as we will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new gift card number.
21. In case of cancellations where the gift card validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by the gift card.
22. MakeMyTrip is the final authority on the interpretation of these rules
23. MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift card if it suspects that there is duplicity of cards.
24. In no event the liability of MakeMyTrip for any claims shall exceed the value of the card.
25. In the event of any dispute, parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi.
26. This is for individual use only, Travel agents found using the card would lead to cancellation of booking and no refund would be made.

28. E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 48-72 hours.

Clear Trip E-Gift Voucher:
1. The Gift Cards can be redeemed online against bookings of Flights as applicable on www.cleartrip.com or Cleartrip Mobile App ("Platform") only. Please note that Gift Cards could be used for booking Flights only on desktop/laptop on www.cleartrip.com.
2. Gift Cards can be purchased the Platform using the following payment modes only - Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI and Net Banking.
3. Gift Cards once purchased cannot be cancelled, unless expressly allowed to do so by Cleartrip.
4. Gift Cards cannot be clubbed with any other offer including but not limited to cashbacks, discounts etc. on a particular credit/debit card.
5. Any balance amount left on the used Gift Cards can be reused within the validity period.
6. Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
7. The cardholder may request for revalidation of the expired Gift Card. Upon receipt of such request the Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions.
8. Maximum amount of each Gift Card cannot exceed Rs.10,000/.
9. Cleartrip is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission. Gift Card once issued cannot be re-issued nor can the PIN be reset. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the Gift Card once purchased is not lost, stolen, or used without the purchaser’s consent.
10. The Gift Cards cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
11. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI,Net Banking or any other applicable payment mode.
12. If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
13. A Convenience Fee will be applicable for all Gift Card bookings (as how it's applicable for any payment method).
14. In case of transaction failures after Gift Card is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards as per the terms of use of the Cleartrip platform.
15. Cleartrip reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift Card if it suspects that there is fraud or duplicity of Gift Cards.
16. Products and services offered by Cleartrip are subject to availability and terms of use of the Cleartrip platform.
17. In no event the liability of Cleartrip for any claims arising by the purchase or usage of Gift Cards shall exceed the value of the respective Gift Card.
18. You shall be responsible for maintaining strict confidentiality of the Gift Card pin/ Gift Card unique number issued to you. Cleartrip shall not be responsible to provide you new Gift Cards in the event this confidentiality obligation is breached by you. Any misuse/unauthorised disclosure of Gift Cards shall result in cancellation of the booking of the flight ticket/hotel, as applicable, without any liability of Cleartrip.
19. Gift Cards are for individual use only, Travel agents found using Gift Cards would lead to cancellation of booking and no refund would be made.
20. You can combine a maximum of 15 Gift Cards in a single booking for Hotels / Flights booking.
21. Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards

23. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
24. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold.
25. Any offer on Gift Cards including offers by banks and instant cash backs could be withdrawn anytime at the sole discretion of Cleartrip
26. Gift Cards are subject to the relevant RBI guidelines and other statutory guidelines. Cleartrip at any point of times reserves the right to request from You to provide relevant ID proof and other documents as required under law from time to time. In case You are unable to provide the same, then Gift Cards issued to you may be suspended and/or terminated. You expressly agree and acknowledge that You shall have no claims against us for the balance forfeited from Your Gift Card due to such reason.
27. Cleartrip reserves the right to cancel the Gift Card if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
28. Cleartrip at its sole discretion reserves the right to change or revise the above terms and conditions. You shall be responsible to update yourself on the revised terms and conditions and Terms of Use at the time of accessing or using Gift Cards.
29. You agree and understand that Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI Under the RBI guidelines, Cleartrip may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Cleartrip may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the GC for any such information. There is no fee or other charges associated with Gift Card purchase.
30. There is no fee or other charges associated with Gift Card purchase.
31. Any disputes concerning Gift Cards shall be subject to jurisdiction in Bangalore and you by purchasing Gift Card agree and submit to such jurisdiction.

Croma E-Gift Voucher:
1. The Gift Card (GC) is issued by Croma, Infiniti Retail Ltd (the Company).
2. No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the Gift Card.
3. This Gift Card should be treated like cash. Gift Card can't be replaced or duplicated, if lost or stolen. Do not share OTP with anyone.
4. Defaced, torn, altered, spoiled or cancelled Gift Card is termed invalid and shall not be accepted.
5. Redemption of Gift Card by its bearer shall be valid discharge of the company's liabilities in respect of Gift Card.
6. Any dispute needs to be referred to the Company and the decision of the company shall be final.
7. The Gift Card is subject to applicable laws. The company and Gift Card holder shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory / judicial / competent authority from time to time in this regard.
8. Any dispute relating to the Croma Gift Card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
9. Infiniti Retail Ltd shall be entitled to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on our website and/or at any of the Croma stores.
10. In case of Returns/cancellations of the redemption done via Gift Cards, the refund of the same will be done to the effect of the value of contribution of the Gift card to the sale. The balance will be done via the contribution of the other respective payment mode to the sale. In the case of multiple products being purchased and a combination of the Gift Card and any other mode of payment being used to complete the transaction, the individual products being sold, will get the assignment of the value of the Gift Card and any other mode of payment being used based on the tender percentage contribution in total order value. The refund will happen in the same percentage split as per the original tender used.
11. Both the Gift Card and the Electronic Gift Voucher cannot be redeemed at Croma Airport Stores.

Pizza Hut E-Gift Voucher:
1. PIZZA HUT discount voucher can be redeemed ONLY at PIZZA HUT outlets. They cannot be redeemed for Home Delivery or on any Partner websites/App.
2. Offer valid on Dine-in or Take Away Menu Only.
3. Codes cannot be re-used or partly used for multiple transactions
4. Offer available at all PIZZA HUT outlets across the country.
5. If the value of the PIZZA HUT order is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.
6. Discount is offered on maximum of 1 transaction only, irrespective of the number of items booked on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) to be paid by the end user at the venue.
7. The Discount Code cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer / Meal Deal / Discount.

4. No refund or credit note would be issued against unused or partially used voucher.
5. This e-gift card can be redeemed at all company authorised FASTRACK Stores and online at www.titan.co.in; www.fastrack.in
6. Multiple e-gift cards (upto 5) can be used against a single transaction.

Nykaa E-Gift Voucher:
1. By purchasing the Gift Card(s) either online or offline, you/Cardholder are agreeing to and accept these Terms & Conditions. Your use, redeem, purchase or receipt of the Gift Cards shall be deemed to be your understanding of, and agreement, to each of the terms and conditions set forth below. Purchase, Gifting, and issue
2. For individual retail customers, Gift Cards can be purchased using the following payment modes only - Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking and UPI.
3. There is no fee or other charges associated with Gift Card purchase or redemption.
4. Gift cards can be issued / gifted to the recipient as per the issuance process as provided on https://www.nykaa.com/giftcard/list. The value of the gift card is not further transferable to any other account or to any bank account. Additionally, Gift Cards can be purchased offline through Nykaa Retail Stores.
5. This Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
6. This Gift Card shall have a validity period of 365 days from the date of issue
7. The linking of the Gift Card onto the user’s Nykaa Wallet account shall be at customer’s discretion and constitute registration of the user on the Nykaa Platform
8. The Gift Card once purchased cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Once purchased, the recipient email ID or mobile number cannot be changed.
9. Redemption
a. This Gift Card is redeemable on the online ecommerce platforms of Nykaa group entities to include www.nykaa.com, www.nykaaman.com, www.nykaafashion.com, and across all Nykaa Retail stores.
b. For online transaction: If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by other payment option. If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card.
10. For offline transaction: If the amount of your Gift Card doesn't cover your order amount, you will have to pay the remaining amount through other payment methods. If the order value is less than the Gift Card amount, Gift Card won’t be applied to the order.
11. You can redeem only 1 Gift Card per order.
12. Registered users can add multiple Nykaa Gift Cards to their Nykaa Wallet and use the combined Nykaa Wallet Balance for redemption.
13. Nykaa Gift Cards/E Gift Cards / Nykaa Wallet Balance cannot be used to purchase Gold/Silver Coins, Gold/Silver Bars and Jewellery.
14. The Gift Card can be combined with promotional codes and with other payment options
15. E -Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit and cannot be reloaded Nykaa Cash

16. How the Gift card will be visible on Nykaa Platform: For existing wallet users and Card(s) holders, your balance will be transferred to the card and shall be stored as Nykaa Cash. Such transition will be done in phased manner at the discretion of Nykaa.

17. Nykaa reserve the right to cancel the Gift Card issued anytime, without any liability, if the same have been found to be purchased with fraudulent means and/or the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details as per RBI Guidelines are found to be incorrect/insufficient/invalid etc. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received from.

18. You agree to provide valid, truthful and accurate information during the purchase of Gift Cards. Nykaa may call for further information and documents from you in compliance to Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering guidelines issued by RBI from time to time. In the event the information provided by you, end beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC) details are found to be incorrect/ insufficient, Nykaa retains the right to cancel or block the Gift Cards issued anytime without any liability.

19. The cardholder may request for revalidation of the expired gift card. Upon receipt of such request the gift card may be revalidated after due verification and maybe subject to additional terms and conditions and regulatory requirements. Final decision on revalidation shall be on discretion of Nykaa.

20. You agree and understand that Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment Instrument subjected to regulations by RBI Under the RBI guidelines, Nykaa may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Nykaa may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the GC for any such information.

21. Nykaa is not responsible if card is used without permission. You agree and acknowledge that you shall be solely responsible for maintaining secrecy of the code provided to activate or use the Gift Card.

22. Nykaa does not warrant that the gift card provided to you pursuant to this Agreement will be free of interruptions, errors, bugs, viruses or security problems

23. Nykaa E-Retail Pvt. Ltd. Will not make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to Gift Cards including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event a Gift Card is non-functional, your sole remedy will be the issuance of another Gift Card, for the value remaining in the non-functional card.

24. Nykaa will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with Gift Card including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the cardholder that is caused by any events beyond Nykaa’s control which includes:
a. technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's from redeeming the Gift Card
b. any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of discount.
c. any misuse of the Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details.
d. any event that causes the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the cardholder
i. The cardholder hereby agrees to indemnify and keep the Nykaa harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by the Nykaa as a consequence of (i) violation of the terms and conditions by the cardholder; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on the cardholder’s part
ii. Cardholder agrees that, these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of this Gift Card
iii. The conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions of every e-commerce platform of the Nykaa group. Nykaa reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you.

BookMyShow E-Gift Voucher:
1. Offer valid for all shows from Monday to Sunday.
2. Discount is offered on a minimum of 1 movie ticket and on a maximum of 1 transaction only, irrespective of the number of tickets booked on one promo Code. The balance cost (after discount) of the ticket will be charged to the credit/ debit card of the end-user.
3. The end user will be required to present a copy of the credit/debit card at the cinema hall prior to redemption.
4. To avail of the offer, customers to show the SMS confirmation or a printout of the e-ticket at the venue.
5. If the value of the movie ticket is less than the value of the voucher, the balance is non-refundable and cannot be carried forward or used in any other transaction.
6. Walk-in customers without a prior booking will not be entertained at the venue.
7. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required.
8. The theatre manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply.
9. This offer is subject to promotional availability.
10. In no event shall the maximum liability exceed the value of the voucher i.e. mentioned on your e-voucher.

Dominos E-Gift Card:
1. Domino's Electronic Gift Card (EGC) are available for any denomination between INR 50 and INR 3000.
2. Domino’s EGC can be used to purchase any Domino’s product on Domino’s India Mobile Apps/ Mobile Website (PWA)/Desktop Website.
3. Domino’s EGC can be used multiple times till 100% of the amount is utilised, however this must be redeemed within the validity period and the unredeemed balance in the card will be forfeited after its validity period.
4. Domino's EGC cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Once E gift card has been purchased it is considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
6. No refund will be made for any lost E-gift cards and no revalidation is allowed for expired gift cards balance.
7. Maximum one EGC can be used per order.

9. JFL's maximum liability for any reason whatsoever shall not exceed the purchase value of the e gift card.
